A children's tale of Billy Whiskers, a white-bearded Billy Goat who lives at Clover Leaf Farm and was a much-beloved resident. This goat has a series of adventures in all sorts of places. Frances Trego Montgomery was a prolific author of books for children and she appeared to have a genuine love for them. In their time, her books were extremely popular bedtime reading for youngsters.
