Loe raamatut: «Practical Course. Past Life Recalls»
Introduction
A traveling sage saw a man who was guarding something. The guard asked the sage:
«Who are you? Where are you going? What for?»
The sage was amazed by these questions and asked:
«How much do they pay you here?»
«Two cans of rice,» the guard answered.
«Listen, I will pay you four cans every day for you to ask me these questions:
'Who are you? Where are you going? And what for?'» said the sage.
The parable
There are eternal questions that mankind has tried in vain to answer for centuries, but never has found suitable answers even when turning to the gods or science.
Who are we, where did we come from, where are we going to? What is the meaning of our life? Did the higher beings create us with their own goals, or is our entire race an accident, a coincidence of favorable factors on this planet? What tasks should each of us solve during our lives? And if there are no unambiguous answers to such global questions, then what can we say about more personal human problems?!
But our life is like a mosaic: it consists of small individual fragments that add up to construct one big picture. And not all events in our life are joyful. Diseases that have no obvious causes; uncertainty of the life path; unloved work; boredom and loneliness; uncertainty and powerlessness; lack of love and understanding from our loved ones; financial problems; conflicts with other people. Everything of these, unfortunately, is a constituent of our life.
Mental pain and physical pain are present in our lives, no matter how much we would like to get rid of them. But how often do we look for the roots of the problem, how often do we talk to our soul or try to find answers in our own subconscious? Of course, it's easier to take a pill and wait for the pain to pass over. We do not mean only medications, we are talking in general about actions or feelings used to mitigate the pain that occurs.
But by doing so, we only temporarily muffle the pain, drive it inside ourselves, and sooner or later the problem appears again. Let's try to look at the pain from another side. Pain is a necessary factor for human survival, it is a great invention of nature. Pain in our body (and not only physical, but also psychological, mental pain) is an alarm signal.
«Something is going wrong,» our pain says, «take action immediately.» And it is necessary not only to eliminate the pain, but first of all to look for its causes.
Without understanding the causes of pain or discomfort, all actions will be useless. Indeed, when your back hurts, you don't swallow all the pills in row from your first aid kit. You go to the doctor to find out the reason, and only after that begin your treatment. Then why don't we do the same with our mental problems and psychological discomfort? Probably, we are not used to looking for reasons in our subconscious. More precisely, we do not think that this is even possible. And even, when receiving similar information from other people, we do not fully believe it. We don't know how to do it, we don't believe in our strength and we don't try to change something, that's our trouble…
Three years ago, one of the authors of this book received information that people may recall their past incarnations and solve many painful issues by reviewing the events of their past lives. There are several helpful books devoted to this issue, they describe some specific cases of recovery. For example, D. Cannon's «Five Lives Remembered», M. Newton's «Journey of Souls», and so on.
Michael Newton, a scientist (doctor, psychologist), who was engaged in hypnosis, introduced his patients into regressive hypnosis sending them to their past lives and plunging them deep into their own subconscious. During such sessions, patients, being in a trance, talked about what they remembered; all the material was recorded and then analyzed. These sessions of past life memories were conducted with common people, who had health problems or unresolved life situations.
Dr. M. Newton did not question their stories, because a person in a trance cannot tell lie. In his books, Newton described the results of these records. Some of the patients' stories were afterwards confirmed by real historical facts.
At the time when one of the authors was reading Newton's book, she had health problems herself, the reasons for which doctors could not find. She thought that it made sense to look for an answer in the depths of her subconscious, where the memory of past incarnations was stored. «It has helped so many people; it may help me too,» she thought.
It was this information that became the driving force in the study of methods for recalling a past life. At that time she was a lecturer at the university, a person of modern views, so she understood that it was necessary to separate fiction from truth, apply logic and test everything in practice. She was lucky to meet another person, the co-author of this book, a surprisingly intelligent and beautiful woman Nina, who remembered her past life in a dream. It was a great stroke of luck.
We studied different techniques and started practicing. Not everything worked out right away, but the experience was amazing! Soon some more people who also were interested in these methods joined us. Gradually, a group of people began to form who were ready to study the methods and techniques of traveling along the time ribbon of past lives.
First of all, our spiritual self-development group set the task to sweep away all the mysticism and rumors and to focus only on real facts and working methods. In the end, we came to understanding in practice that everything related to past lives was stored deep in our subconscious. And if in everyday life we do not turn to these «useful deposits», it is just because we do not know about such a possibility. For those who want to develop and understand their life tasks, it is time to learn that there is a possibility to travel into past lives. In practice, everything is much easier than in words!
Humanity has amazing mechanisms of self-medication and self-knowledge, but does not use them only because it does not know exactly how to do it. Such techniques seem incredibly complex, or inaccessible to a common person. If so, this book would not appear at all! Everyone can remember their past lives, it only takes a little effort to be applied. This book will reveal all the secrets of past-life memories.
Who is this course intended for
The practical course «Past Life Recall» has been designed for all of you, for any person who wants to know themselves, understand their issues and build the needed model of current life. To recall your past lives, you don't need to be a psychic, have clairvoyance, or possess any special talents. Anyone is able to recall their past lives by doing exercises from this course. The most important thing is the intent of doing it, everything else can be learned. Just reading the book is not enough, you need to perform the exercises that are described in this course and are available for each person.
Why is it necessary to remember past lives
The subconscious mind of any person keeps in its depth all the necessary knowledge and answers to vital questions. This course will teach you how to turn to your subconscious mind in order to remember who you were and where you were born in your past lives. Such memories are not just a fascinating journey to other times or other worlds, it is your path to freedom and happiness in the current life. Recalling your past incarnations, you will be surprised to discover how the past, present and future are intertwined. It is not possible to choose the right way in present without understanding who you were, who you are now and where you are going tomorrow.
And the most important thing that you will get by doing exercises from this course is understanding what goals and objectives you have set for your lives, how to properly manage this life and what to strive for in order to become a harmonious person and realize your intents in life.
The goals of the course « Past Life Recall»
– To teach any person to independently recall and view their past lives, without contacting expensive specialists.
– To teach a person to get rid of pain, illnesses and suffering in this life, to cut the karmic knots that prevent development, to find a way to harmony and happiness.
– To find out the purpose of your life, your destination, which had been planned by you before you were born in this life.
– To teach you to understand the life tasks standing before you throughout all your previous lives.
– To see opportunities for your growth and development, to choose the right path from an infinite set of possibilities leading to your goal.
– To become rich in every sense.
– To understand the relationships with your loved ones, to establish relationships with kindred spirits, to see the goals of the incarnations of your relatives.
– To learn to understand the opposite sex through the memories of your female and male incarnations.
– To receive answers to personal questions by reaching out to the higher essence (both your own and that of any individual).
– To build a right career based on engaging in an occupation that brings you strength, joy, and energy.
– To learn to love yourself, the people around you and the infinite universe.
The difference between this course and regression with a hypnotist
Now many psychologists and hypnotists offer to put a patient into a trance and direct him to past lives or to the so-called «spiritual space between lives». Such manipulations with consciousness are called regression into a past life. The method with a regression hypnotherapist has a number of disadvantages compared to independent recall of past lives.
The goal of our spiritual community is to provide every individual with the opportunity to independently recall past lives and solve current challenges. By making each person's life better, we overall increase the amount of positive energy on our planet and make our whole world more joyful and comfortable.
Benefits of the self-paced course «Past Life Recall»:
There is no interference of someone else's personality in the process of past life recall.
Any regression therapist, hypnotist, or psychologist, when guiding a patient through a session of past life recall, introduces their own personal motives into this process and leads a patient along a pre-planned path. By recalling past lives independently, you will be free from unnecessary guidance and personal interference from another individual.
There is a smooth and gentle development of your higher Self.
Psychologists and hypnotherapists, when working with your consciousness, forcefully address past lives, pursuing their own goals (such as exploring the space between lives). Often, their questions do not fully align with what you yourself wanted to know. In our methodology, there is no forceful addressing of past lives; instead, there is a natural development of your spiritual essence, which gradually grows as you understand the tasks of past lives.
Confidentiality of the method.
No one but yourself will disclose the information obtained during the process of past life recall. In the books by renowned regression therapist Michael Newton, recordings of his patients are presented, describing not very pleasant moments from the lives of people who remembered past lives. Although names are changed, the stories are still open to a wide circle of readers. Not everyone wants their personal stories to become public knowledge.
Price.
And finally, an important point is the necessity of finding a regression therapist in your own city or traveling to another city and paying a high price for a session (usually requiring at least 5-10 sessions). This self-paced course allows you to save time and money, while achieving the same results as sessions with a regression therapist.
Why isn't the course free?
Any work (course development, book writing, group training, etc.) should be compensated as it is the law of life. No one should work for free. Furthermore, many people do not value what they receive for free and consider such knowledge to be of little worth. Therefore, this course, presented in the form of a book, is not free but has a reasonably affordable price.
What is needed to get started?
– Purchase the book.
– Follow the simple exercises described in the course.
– Find some free time and provide solitude during the exercises.
– Do not abandon the course halfway if something doesn't work out right away.
– The most important thing: your unbending intent to discover the truth about yourself, readiness to grow spiritually, and make your life filled with energy and harmony.
– Willingness to learn how to set goals for yourself and achieve them.
Warnings and agreements
If you are a deeply religious person, if you believe that only God determines a person's destiny, and that a person is not meant to cognize more than one life, we kindly ask you to refrain from taking our course. The course is designed for independent work with the human subconscious, where the memory of past lives is stored, and is unrelated to faith, religions, or sects. If you are affiliated with any religious denomination but are seeking paths of knowledge and life improvement, if you are open to new horizons and ready to develop your personality, then you are welcome: you will feel comfortable when studying our course.
If you have mental disorders, prolonged depressive states, or are mentally unstable, we advise you to refrain from using this course. However, if you still decide to engage in this course with the aim of resolving your issues, you do so at your own risk, and we disclaim all responsibility for possible consequences.
For a person with a healthy psyche who does not take psychotropic drugs or medications for depression, this course is completely safe. Its impact is equivalent to experiences in dreams or during meditation. More details about blocks and fears can be found in the following chapters.
This course contains no calls for suicide; on the contrary, the entire course is designed to work with one's consciousness in order to improve the perception of the world and find life goals. If you are prone to suicidal behavior, we kindly ask you to immediately discontinue your participation in this course.

Part 1. Practical course on past life recall training
The spiritual self-development group presents:
The practice of conscious development of your higher self. A practical course of exercises.
The course is created based on the author's methodology.
What you extract from each difficult life, you will gain for eternal times.
Michael Newton
To live in the world without becoming aware of the meaning of the world is like wandering about in a great library without touching the books.
Manly Palmer Hall
The reason for the existence of all sentient beings is to enhance awareness.
Carlos Castaneda. The Fire from Within
A man is dying. At the moment when his physical suffering reaches its limit, he hears the doctor pronounce him dead. He hears some kind of ringing and, at the same time, he senses himself moving very rapidly through a long, dark tunnel. Suddenly, he finds himself outside of his own physical body.
Raymond Moody. Life after Life
Chapter 1. Preparation. Stopping the inner monologue. Three techniques
1. What is the inner monologue
Normally, a person mentally talks to themselves, even in complete solitude. Many people don't notice this constant «chatterbox» in their head and believe that they hear their own thoughts, that it's their inner voice. There are those who say they don't hear their inner monologue, but when, with an effort of will, they pay attention to it, they can easily hear it.
So, some voice that we are accustomed to considering «our own» constantly comments on what is happening around us, our memories, or dreams. When attempting to stop it with willpower, it becomes uncomfortable for a person, as the habit of talking to oneself has firmly rooted itself in our consciousness. We constantly hear within ourselves: «I need to go and make lunch; tomorrow at work, I'll first do this, then that; my nose is itching; how nice it is outside; finally, spring has arrived…» and so on.
The internal monologue becomes especially strong when a person feels hurt, anger, worry, or other intense emotions. Sometimes we repeat the same thing several times, especially if we are preparing for an important meeting or lacking self-confidence. If we ask psychologists, they will say that it is normal: verbalizing our thoughts is a habit, a common trait of consciousness. However, the more we observe our internal dialogue from an outside perspective, the more we notice that the chatter in our head becomes a wall that separates us from reality. It's as if we retreat inside ourselves and fail to notice anything around us.
In old age, the internal monologue turns into constant muttering «to oneself» and often a person talks to themselves out loud, even when alone.
In Carlos Castaneda's books, the wise Indian Don Juan explains to Carlos that the internal monologue is our first enemy on the path to freedom because it does not belong to our consciousness but is the voice of the embedded mind of a mental «parasite». This topic deserves a separate book. However, within the scope of this training course, we need to understand one thing: in order to delve into the process of recalling past lives and clearly see the images of other worlds, we must first learn to stop the internal monologue, even if only for a short period of time.
2. Why is it necessary to stop the internal monologue?
This needs to be done for two reasons.
Firstly, it is needed in order to maintain a goal you have set for yourselves. For example, if you want to see your first life on Earth, being in a state of inner silence will help you achieve that. However, if the internal monologue interferences and you start discussing sensations in your body, your extraneous thoughts and so on, the entire picture will disintegrate.
So, stopping the internal monologue is necessary for concentration during the process of recalling. Secondly, the absence of chatter in the mind helps to remember past life events with maximum clarity and to ask pre-planned questions while browsing that life. In other words, it's about gaining control over the flow of memories and your awareness.
There is another benefit to mastering this simple technique: it provides a respite from your thoughts. Sometimes it is helpful to simply sit in silence, disconnect from problems or unnecessary emotions. Inner silence is like a flow of revitalizing energy that helps you to rest, feel new strength within yourself, or gain clarity about your emotions.
Over time, when stopping the internal monologue becomes a familiar practice for you, you can use this technique not only as a starting point for remembering past lives but as a standalone meditation. Twenty minutes without the internal monologue can fill a person with strength and joy – it has been verified repeatedly!
3. Conditions necessary for this practice
Preparation for stopping the inner monologue: necessary conditions
1. Privacy
In order for you to be able to stop the inner «chatterbox», you need privacy, at least for a short time. If there is no such possibility in your house, for example, loud sounds interfere, then you can use meditative music and turn off the «sounds of the world» using headphones. In extreme cases, if you are still being disturbed, for example: the phone rings, your relatives are talking or a noisy animal lives in your house, – you can go for a walk, preferably in a garden or a square and walk there in silence, using the third technique of stopping the inner monologue. In fact, if you firmly and persistently explain to your family that you need half an hour of silence, they will understand you and give you time for your exercises.
2. Twilight
Another optional but desirable condition is the presence of evening light or twilight. In a bright sunny day or under bright artificial light, it can be somewhat more challenging to disconnect from the world around us compared to the twilight, when objects appear blurred in the semi-darkness and our perception of the world naturally shifts, moving away from the familiar picture of reality. Take advantage of these benefits when mastering the techniques of stopping the internal monologue.
4. Three techniques of inner silence
The first technique is the most challenging yet the most effective. Let's call it «Strong-willed effort». In solitude, find a comfortable position that works best for you. This can be lying on your back or sitting with crossed legs. The posture should be as comfortable as possible so that you can sit for 15-30 minutes without needing to change it. If you are sitting, make sure your back has support and is straight.
An exercise to stop the inner monologue
Close your eyes and relax your body. If it doesn't work right away, just mentally observe your body, your hands, feet and the sensations in them. Then release all the sensations. Now concentrate on your thoughts and observe them flow (or inner monologue). You need to imagine yourself as if you are splitting into two consciousnesses. One consciousness continues to think and chatter as usual, commenting on everything that is happening. Especially in this moment, for example, such thoughts may come to mind: «I won't be able to sit in this position for long,» «What if the phone rings now, I'll have to answer it,» «What if I can't do it,» «This is a silly idea, it's better to go for dinner…» and so on.
The other part of your consciousness silently observes the monologue. When you realize that the monologue can flow on its own, without your participation, try to stop it with an act of will. All these exercises are actually easier than they seem, you just need to have the intention to do it.
So, you have managed to stop the flow of thoughts for a short period of time.
At first, it may only be for a few seconds, but even that is an achievement. Don't give up, continue to stop the internal stream of commentary, giving a clear command for your thoughts to quiet down. Gradually, with each attempt, increase the time without inner conversations. Your consciousness will like this simple exercise because it brings energy and a sense of strength and freedom on its own.
This technique can be practiced not only while sitting in a room but also while lying in a warm bath or taking a twilight walk in a park or garden, as long as there is no one else nearby. The best results are achieved in a forest, garden, or by the seaside, where there are no people or loud music. If this technique has helped you and you have learnt to turn off the internal monologue, you can proceed to the process of remembering past life.
The second technique is called «Counting»
If the first technique is difficult for you to perform or you are unable to turn off the inner monologue, try the second technique based on number counting. In time with your breathing, start counting to yourself from 1 to 20. If at least one extraneous thought comes in the process of counting (and at first it is quite possible), start counting again and so on until the result is achieved. Then you may increase the score to 50 or more. As a result, you will achieve a state of inner silence that does not require any effort to maintain it. The same method is used to enter a lucid dreaming, a state between sleep and reality, which can be called a trance.
The third technique. The Gait of Silence
There is one more technique for stopping an inner monologue. It is suitable for those who do not have silence and privacy at home. Let's call it «Dynamic Practice».
It is necessary to find a corner of nature near your home where there are no large crowds of people. As a rule, for small towns these are: parks, gardens, arboretums, fields on the outskirts of the city. And if there are a lot of people walking in the parks in the middle of the day, then in the late afternoon, at dusk, you can always find a quiet corner. For residents of large cities, this can be a problem, because there are a lot of visitors in public parks. Then there is only one option – to go out of town, to the river or to the mountains. Set a goal to find such a place and it will definitely be found.
When you find your special place (a «power spot»), walk slowly, with your eyes half closed. After some time, when you find a comfortable walking rhythm, cross your eyes to the bridge of your nose and continue walking. You can also touch the roof of your mouth with the tip of your tongue. Through all these unusual actions, the inner dialogue in your head may naturally come to a halt. In addition to this method, you can apply the first technique, effort of will, while walking. After a couple of such exercises in nature, you will notice that the duration of stopping the internal monologue increases. After the walk, you will feel cheerful and refreshed, as if the world has infused you with new energy.
Summary: by practicing one of these techniques, or by applying them all at once, sooner or later you will be able to learn how to stop the inner monologue. Someone needs only a couple of days to get a tangible result, someone will have a result in a week, and there are those who will have to practice during a month. If you have an unbending intent, sooner or later you will stop the voice in your head that is used to commenting on everything, because this is just a habit, and through these simple exercises, we are creating a new habit of inner silence to successfully focus on our set tasks.
Now your consciousness is ready to move further along the path of self-knowledge and look into the mystery of your past birth.
