Gideon Sharpe, experiencing the agony of choice and love, realizes that witches are not always ruthless creatures and are essentially not much different from ordinary people. Understanding the intricacies of Cressida's plot, intricate relationships and feelings, Rune and Gideon must unite to achieve a common goal. But can they be partners after betrayal? Can they trust each other? Can love defeat evil?
The language of the book is simple, but this does not make the story easier. The plot perfectly keeps the reader in suspense, and the description of the atmosphere is conveyed vividly and vividly. As a reader, you are immediately immersed in the atmosphere of this cruel world from the first page.
