Hospitals, Medical Science and Public Health

This is the text of an address delivered at the opening of the Medical Department of Victoria University, Manchester in 1908. Given before the advent of the NHS in England, it argues for a more cohesive and properly managed approach in hospitals; citing the reliance of different departments on each other.
