Address delivered at the quarter-centennial celebration of the admission of Kansas as a state

This address was delivered by the State Governor, John Alexander Martin and this is the full-text version of it. After 25 years there was a great deal of celebration of Kansas' statehood, during which time it had proved to be a forward-thinking, ethically strong, and liberal-minded state.
