240g low-fat vanilla yoghurt

240ml low-fat milk

60ml coconut milk

a few mint leaves approx. 1 tablespoon

Blueberry-Mango-Smoothie

Ingredients (1 serving)

240g frozen blueberries

240g mango pieces

240g simple fat-free yoghurt

60ml milk or almond milk

How's it done?

All ingredients in one mixer and mixed it with high process speed. Fill into glasses and serve immediately.

Note: If you don't have frozen berries, you can use fresh ones and simply add a few ice cubes. Besides, you can put the smoothie in the freezer for later. Just defrost it before you drink it.

Raspberry-Pina-Colada-Smoothie

A delicious start to the day or a healthy snack!

Ingredients (1 portion)

120g simple yoghurt

120ml coconut milk

120ml pineapple juice

1 1⁄2 Bananas

120g fresh raspberries, crushed

How's it done?

Place the fresh raspberries in a bowl and crush with a fork. Put it aside. Place the yoghurt, coconut milk, pineapple juice and frozen banana in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass and add the crushed raspberries. Much Fun!

Lava-Flow Smoothie

Inspired by his cousin, the Pina Colada Cocktail, this vegan and alcohol-free smoothie takes you safely to a tropical place - at least in your head. You are welcome to use orange juice as a substitute for pineapple juice if you only have it.

Ingredients (1 serving)

80g fresh strawberries, de-stemmed (approx. 4 medium strawberries) 120g fresh or frozen pineapple pieces

1⁄2 medium-sized banana

160ml light coconut milk

80ml pineapple juice

120g ice cubes

How's it done?

Put strawberries in a blender and puree until smooth. If necessary, stir in a tablespoon of pineapple juice to get it moving. Pour into a large glass. Rinse the mixer and the parts. Put the pineapple, the banana, the coconut milk, the pineapple juice and the ice cubes into the mixer. The mass mix until smooth. Slowly add the pineapple-coconut mixture to the middle of the strawberries. Serve with a straw.

Mojito Smoothie

This Mojito Smoothie recipe is incredibly refreshing! The combination of lime and mint tastes pure and vitalising.

480g ice

240ml coconut milk

2 small limes, pressed

handful fresh mint, approx. 15 leaves
